The terms “Services” refers to this website and all related information, content, features, tools, and services offered through it.

Call Of The Wild Booking Agency Inc. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and assumption of risk provisions.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of the products and services displayed on our website. However, Call Of The Wild Booking Agency Inc. does not provide hunting services directly. All hunts, guiding services, accommodations, transportation, and related experiences are provided by independent third-party Outfitters.

Descriptions, pricing, availability, and inclusions are supplied by Outfitters and may change without notice. We do not warrant that the quality, outcome, or success of any hunt or service will meet your expectations.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND BOOKINGS
When you place an order or booking through the Services, you are making an offer to reserve dates with a third-party Outfitter. Call Of The Wild Booking Agency Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request at its discretion. A booking is not confirmed until accepted by the Outfitter and acknowledged by Call Of The Wild Booking Agency Inc.

We must receive and process your payment before your booking is accepted. Please review all booking details carefully before submitting, as changes or cancellations may not be possible after confirmation.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, and all deposits are non-refundable except where expressly required by law.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, licensing fees, permits, travel costs, gratuities, or other incidental expenses. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.

You agree to provide accurate payment and account information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all charges incurred.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Not applicable to booking services. Any physical products, documents, or materials provided by Outfitters are subject to their delivery policies.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Call Of The Wild Booking Agency Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Use of such tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Call Of The Wild Booking Agency is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Call Of The Wild Booking Agency. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Call Of The Wild Booking Agency, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Call Of The Wild Booking Agency.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Call Of The Wild Booking Agency Inc. and its partners from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or participation in booked hunts.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

SECTION 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Call Of The Wild Booking Agency Inc.

SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them freely.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

SECTION 25 – BOOKING AGENCY ROLE
Call Of The Wild Booking Agency Inc. acts solely as an intermediary and booking agent. We do not own, operate, or control any Outfitter services and are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Outfitters.

SECTION 26 – DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT TERMS
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure dates with an Outfitter. Unless otherwise stated on the applicable booking page, the deposit is typically 35% of the total booking price. Deposit amounts may vary by Outfitter and by hunt, and the applicable deposit amount will be clearly disclosed prior to checkout.

The deposit includes Call Of The Wild Booking Agency Inc.’s booking fee and the Outfitter’s required deposit portion. All deposits are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying any remaining balance directly to the Outfitter under their individual terms.

SECTION 27 – ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Hunting and wilderness activities involve inherent risks. By booking through the Services, you knowingly assume all risks associated with participation and agree that Call Of The Wild Booking Agency Inc. is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from such activities including but not limited to hunting, firearm use, archery, boating, horseback travel, aircraft transport, remote wilderness travel, and exposure to natural elements.
