Deposit & Refund Policy

DEPOSITS
Call Of The Wild Booking Agency Inc. (“Call Of The Wild,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a booking agency connecting customers with independent third-party outfitters (“Outfitters”). A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure dates with an Outfitter.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable booking page, the deposit is typically 35% of the total booking price. Deposit amounts may vary by Outfitter and by hunt, and the applicable deposit amount will be clearly disclosed prior to checkout.

The deposit includes Call Of The Wild Booking Agency Inc.’s booking fee and the Outfitter’s required deposit portion. Once a booking is submitted and accepted, dates are reserved and removed from availability.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Cancellation by the customer
  • Changes in personal circumstances
  • Illness or injury
  • Travel delays or interruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Hunt outcome or success
  • Regulatory or licensing issues
  • Force majeure events

Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance and/or hunt insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

REMAINING BALANCE
Any remaining balance beyond the deposit is paid directly to the Outfitter under their individual payment terms and policies. Call Of The Wild Booking Agency Inc. does not collect, hold, or process final balances unless expressly stated.

OUTFITTER POLICIES
Outfitters are independent third parties and may have their own cancellation, rescheduling, or refund policies for amounts paid directly to them. Call Of The Wild Booking Agency Inc. does not control or override Outfitter policies and is not responsible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling decisions made by an Outfitter.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that deposits are non-refundable and that submitting a chargeback or payment dispute does not negate this policy. We reserve the right to provide this policy, our Terms of Service, and booking confirmation records to payment processors or financial institutions in response to any dispute.
